Connect Pop the Lead to Klaviyo
Push every popup subscriber straight into a Klaviyo list with consent metadata preserved.
Klaviyo is a first-party integration — no Zapier, no middleman, no monthly automation tax.
Setup
- Get your Klaviyo private API key (Klaviyo → Settings → API Keys → Create Private API Key, with List read/write scope).
- In Pop the Lead, open Site settings → Integrations → Klaviyo.
- Paste your private API key. We encrypt it at rest immediately.
- Select the destination list (we fetch your lists automatically).
- Save. New subscribers flow into the chosen list on every conversion.
What gets pushed?
- Email and (if collected) phone number.
- Consent state and timestamp, if your popup includes a consent checkbox.
- Source URL, referrer, and the name of the popup.
- UTM parameters from the visiting URL.
Troubleshooting
If subscribers aren't showing up in Klaviyo:
- Check the Integration log in Pop the Lead — failed pushes are listed with the error returned by Klaviyo.
- Confirm the API key has List read and write scope.
- Check that Klaviyo isn't filtering them by double opt-in (look for them in the Pending Confirmation segment).
