Plans, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds
How billing works, what each plan includes, and what happens when you switch.
Three plans: Starter (free), Pro ($29/mo), Agency ($99/mo). Annual billing gives you 2 months free.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. The new plan is prorated against the time left on your current cycle.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until renewal.
If your new plan has lower limits (fewer popups or sites), the oldest popups above the new limit get archived automatically on downgrade. We email you the list before it happens.
Refunds
If something isn't working for you in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund. We don't lock customers into plans they aren't happy with.
Invoices and tax
Receipts arrive in your inbox after every payment. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record on every plan — VAT and sales tax across 150+ countries are calculated and remitted automatically.
