Yes. If your popup has a consent checkbox, the consent state (timestamp, source URL, IP) is passed through to your ESP with the subscriber record.
Configure double opt-in in your ESP — Klaviyo and Mailchimp both support it natively. We push the subscriber as pending and your ESP handles the confirmation email.
